# Corti Subprocessors

As part of our obligations under data protection laws, we maintain and publish an up-to-date list of subprocessors who may process personal data on our behalf in the course of delivering our services.

Corti will update this page at least 1 month before engaging a new subprocessor, and if you [subscribe for updates](/content/legal/subprocessors#subscribe-for-updates/index.html), Corti will notify you by email of changes to this page.

| Scaleway             | France, The Netherlands, Germany and Sweden           | Cloud infrastructure provider used for AI processing activities within the EU only and it will not be used for hosting or storing customer data. |
| Intercom             | Ireland                                               | Customer support ticketing system provider.                                                    |
| Microsoft Azure      | EU instance (Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, European Union) <br>US instance (United States) | Cloud hosting services.                                                                          |
| Mixpanel             | Netherlands                                           | Processing of usage analytics data of users of Corti’s Assistant only application.               |
| Speechmatics         | Ireland                                               | Speech recognition provider used solely to support transcription in languages not currently covered by Corti’s proprietary speech recognition models; engaged only to extend language support. |
| Supabase             | Sweden                                                | Hosting provider for Corti’s API self-service console.                                         |
| Stripe               | Ireland                                               | Payment processor used for self-service sign-up users.                                         |
| Corti America        | United States                                         | Customer success and technical support; U.S.-based staff may access non-sensitive personal data for troubleshooting, incident resolution, and quality assurance. |
| Corti UK            | United Kingdom                                       | Provider of customer success and technical support services. U.K.-based staff may access non-sensitive personal data to assist with troubleshooting, incident resolution, and quality assurance. |
